2. Data and purposes
Enquiries
When you contact us by phone, email or form, we may process your name, contact details, message and information needed to handle the enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at your request or performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in correspondence and defending claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Table reservations
Reservation buttons take you to third-party services, TheFork or Reserve with Google. The selected provider collects reservation details under its own privacy information. This website records the click itself only after the corresponding analytics or marketing consent.
Newsletter
When you subscribe voluntarily, we process your email address to send the newsletter based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Until it is synchronised with Brevo, the signup may be stored in a protected queue on our server, accessible only to authorised persons. You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Technical data and security
The server may automatically record an IP address, request date and time, visited URL, browser type and error data. We use these logs for security, diagnostics and reliable operation based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing data is voluntary, but withholding details required for an enquiry, subscription or reservation may prevent that action from being completed.
3. Cookies and measurement
The website uses technologies necessary for operation and to remember your privacy choice. Optional tools start only after your selection in the consent banner. The choice is stored locally in your browser for up to 180 days.
Google Analytics 4
With analytics consent, we load Google Analytics 4 (G-NN435GVDRV), supplied by Google Ireland Limited. It measures visits, pages and menus viewed, approximate traffic source, device type, scrolling, and reservation or contact clicks. Form contents are not sent to Google. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.
Meta Pixel
With marketing consent, we load Meta Pixel (1590486295795436), supplied by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It measures campaign attribution and events such as page or menu views, reservation clicks and contact actions. Meta may use technical information and cookie identifiers for measurement and audience creation.
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are not downloaded without consent. You may change your decision at any time through “Privacy settings” in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.
4. Recipients and transfers
Data may be received by hosting and website maintenance providers, email providers, Brevo (newsletter), Google and Meta (only with the relevant consent), and technical, legal or accounting advisers, solely as necessary for their work.
When you follow an external link such as TheFork, Reserve with Google, maps or a social profile, the service operator also processes data under its own terms.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Transfers then rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. See the privacy information of Google, Meta and Brevo.
5. Retention periods
- correspondence — while handling the matter and then until any related claims expire;
- contract or accounting data — for the statutory period and until related claims expire;
- newsletter address — until consent is withdrawn, you unsubscribe or the newsletter ends permanently;
- technical logs — generally no longer than 12 months, unless needed to investigate an incident;
- consent choice — up to 180 days; Google and Meta cookie periods may vary under their settings.
6. Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may request access, a copy, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
You may lodge a complaint with the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or your local EU supervisory authority. We do not make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing. With consent, advertising tools may attribute a visit to a campaign or audience.
7. Contact and changes
Contact us about personal data. We will respond without undue delay, normally within one month. We may update this policy when the law, website functions or providers change; the current date appears at the top.
